Witness to Truth

A sermon on John 18:28-40

Jesus blended the power of kingship with truth, as only he could.  Humanity often misses this blending of power and truth.  It is a tragic reality that rulers (politicians) and thinkers (theologians) are often in polar opposite camps to this.  The kingship of God only exists in truth.  In the ruling camps on earth, all is determined by the political power brand under the political structure that was elected.  Consequently, the truth often becomes the collateral damage in order to retain power.
